All of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for us to craft your jewelry. We do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipping to freight forwarding addresses.

Return Policy

We cannot accept returns since all of our jewelry is made to order. In the rare event that there is ever a problem, jewelry can be mailed back to our offices for inspection after requesting an RMA# – required for return. We will repair or replace the item free of charge if the problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted as long as your new jewelry is at least twice the price of your original jewelry, and the exchange must be made within 15 days of receipt. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after placing the order by contacting us.
